BETTERWAYS’ EXCLUSIVE MILLIONAIRE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE
Betterways may terminate your membership to The Exclusive Millionaire Club, (hereinafter referred to as "EMC"), or access to any of the Products or Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or any other guidelines and rules published by Betterways, for any conduct that Betterways, in its sole discretion, believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other users, to Betterways, or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or business contractors, or to other third parties, or for any conduct that violates any local, state, federal, or foreign laws or regulations. Any such termination shall be in Betterways’ sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, or any notice, and will be without refund.
2. REGISTRATION ACCURACY
In registering and providing data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true and correct, accurate, current and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various Betterways registration forms ("Registration Data") and, (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, or Betterways has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue or inaccurate, Betterways has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services.
3. MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT
Upon registering, you will receive a Betterways' EMC ID Number. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your ID, and you agree to immediately notify Betterways of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Prohibited Conduct:
- Impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Betterways’ principal, official, employee, forum moderator or host, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Spamming the Betterways’ EMC Membership, or partaking in unauthorized advertising of the Betterways' EMC or Millionaire Opportunities. Any unauthorized references to specific programs or their returns in the Betterways' EMC will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund or recourse.
- Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law.
- Accessing the Products and Services after your membership or account has been terminated by Betterways.
- Purchasing any goods or services, or participating in any programs that you are prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or participating in by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with all such laws shall be the user's alone. By submitting an order to purchase goods or services, or a request to participate in a program, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to purchase such goods or services, or participate in such programs. If in doubt, you will seek legal advice BEFORE putting any information on this site to practical use.
- Recompiling, disassembling, modifying, translating, adapting, reverse engineering, creating derivative works from, copying, or sublicensing any software, e-booklets from the Betterways’ Financial Freedom Series, or any other Products or Services.
- Uploading, posting, emailing, otherwise transmitting, or posting links to any material, or acting in any manner, that is offensive to the Betterways community or the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
- Uploading, posting, emailing, otherwise transmitting, or posting links to any material with the intent to giveaway, sell or otherwise gain from any of the Betterways’ EMC products or services.
- Compromising or purposely giving out account details and passwords to anyone other than personnel involved in the production of this site.
4. LIMITATIONS ON MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
There is only one free e-book per membership.
Offshore discounts are only available to the member, their spouse and dependants who are living with them.
5. THE BETTERWAYS’ LINKS, BANNERS AND ADS
- Linking to the Betterways’ Website
Links to the Betterways’ website may be placed on your website, newsletters, or other promotional material for the sole purpose of creating links to the Betterways’ website and allowing users of your site to access the Products and Services on the Betterways’ website. These links may not be used for any other purpose, including, among other purposes, to suggest sponsorship by, or affiliation with, or endorsement by Betterways.
If you would like permission to use any link, banner or ad other than the pre-approved material, then please email your proposed material to: millionaireclub@betterways.net The approved Betterways’ links, ads and banners may be downloaded from www.betterways.net/millionaireclub/links and used to link to the Betterways’ website, without specific, written permission.
6. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The Betterways Network reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without notice. Please review these Terms and Conditions from time to time so you will be apprised of any changes. The Betterways Network also reserves the right to modify its Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate any Products and Services.
7. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
You acknowledge and agree that you and Betterways are independent contractors under these Terms and Conditions, and nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Neither party pursuant to these Terms and Conditions has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other, and neither party shall be considered the agent of the other.
8. NO RESALE, ASSIGNMENT, OR SUBLICENSING
You agree not to resell, assign, sublicense, otherwise transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without prior express written authorization from Betterways.
9. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL
These Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect for as long as you use the Products and Services, unless specifically terminated earlier by Betterways. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which impose obligations continuing in their nature, shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
10. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of Betterways and the Betterways Network, Betterways reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on any and all of the Betterways Network web sites.
11. PARTICIPATION AND RISK DISCLAIMER
a. I do hereby declare my consent to these Terms and Conditions regarding my participation in any business venture with The Exclusive Millionaire Club, (hereinafter referred to as "EMC"), or my participation in any business venture brought to my attention by EMC.
b. If I should engage in any transaction with EMC directly, or indirectly, I declare that I am entering into the said monetary transaction involving EMC with discretionary/expendable funds.
c. With regard to any transaction in which I may engage, I declare that I have not been coerced or solicited for participation in any venture set forth by EMC, but have requested entry into said venture of my own free will.
d. I will hold anyone associated with EMC harmless and free from any and all liability under any conditions and/or circumstances which may arise during the course of any business arrangements I may have with them or with respect to any financial venture I have entered in and after receiving information or consultation from EMC.
e. I understand that expected gains from my transaction(s) with EMC, or with any financial venture I have entered after receiving information or consultation from EMC are on a best efforts basis made in such placements which are made by my funds and there is no guarantee of returns implied by EMC.
f. I declare that I am not in any official capacity relative to my involvement in business with EMC as a member, agent, informant, or employee of any kind of investigative, law enforcement, media, news, postal service or other government agencies within any country, nor am I acting as proxy to any person or entity serving as a member, agent, informant, or employee of any kind of investigative, law enforcement, media, news, postal service or other government agencies within any country.
g. I declare that I will not circumvent EMC with respect to any and all business arrangements, fee agreements, referring status, or business contacts which have been entered into and/or established by EMC, prior to my business with EMC and prior to my receiving proprietary and confidential information from EMC.
h. I will not engage in the practice of "stacking" memberships or accounts in any income generating opportunity that provides any kind of benefit or benefits to the referring agent wherein I would attempt to obtain referral commissions or benefits of any kind due to EMC and appropriate them to myself by signing up a second account under my name for the purposes of my own gains or gains to my household. This includes, but is not limited to a secondary account in my own name, but also the setting up of a secondary account in the name of an immediate family and/or friends, companies, trusts, and/or any entity or person designated for the purpose of appropriating referral commissions or benefits to myself, from placements of monies or assets under a second, third, etc, position or membership in said income generating opportunity.
i. I will not disclose the terms, conditions, or particulars of my business dealings with EMC to anyone.
I AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY CHECKING THE BOX ON THE EMC APPLICATION PAGE
AND UNDERSTAND THAT MY FULL NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED WILL ACT AS MY SIGNATURE.
I also understand that if I do not agree with any of the above, then I am directed to leave now!
